Position : Restaurant Manager / Asst. Restaurant Manager

Job Detail

Qualifications and Requirements;

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management position preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage restaurant operations, supervise staff, and maintain high service standards.

- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and cost control.

- Experience in budgeting, sales analysis, and achieving financial targets.

- Proficiency in POS systems, restaurant management software, and Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
