Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong knowledge of hotel market segments, including Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Wholesale, Government, and Travel Trade.

Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

Solid understanding of Revenue Management principles and the ability to work collaboratively with the Revenue team to maximize hotel performance.

Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, sales analysis, and business planning.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel sales systems, including CRM, PMS, and Sales & Catering systems.

Excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional language skills are an advantage.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
