Position : Club Millesime Butler
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Butler Service, Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or a luxury hospitality environment.
-Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is highly preferred.
-Strong passion for delivering personalized and exceptional guest experiences.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
-Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm and welcoming personality.
-Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-Knowledge of Opera PMS and luxury service standards is an advantage.
-Positive attitude, service-minded personality, and commitment to the Heartist® culture.
