Thai Sous Chef

Supervise the daily operations of the Thai Kitchen.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of Thai dishes.
Plan food preparation and manage kitchen production efficiently.
Control food cost, inventory, and minimize waste.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Train, coach, and support the kitchen team while assisting the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
Perform other duties as assigned.
