1. Personal & Physical Requirements: Open to all genders, preferably aged 27–35, with a professional appearance, positive personality, good interpersonal skills, and the physical ability to perform recreation and sports-related duties.
2. Education & Experience: High Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Recreation Management, Fitness, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recreation, sports coaching, fitness, wellness, yoga, or a similar guest-facing role, preferably in a hotel or resort.
3. Recreation & Wellness Activities: Ability to conduct and supervise a variety of activities, including fitness, yoga, stretching, sports, games, swimming/pool activities, ice bath/cold-plunge sessions, and other wellness programs.
4. Equipment & Safety: Good knowledge of fitness and recreational equipment, with the ability to demonstrate proper and safe usage. Strong understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures, including appropriate response to accidents and injuries.
5. First Aid & Certifications: Possess a valid First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certificate. AED, Lifeguard, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Swimming Instructor, Sports Coach, or other relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
6. Guest Service & Communication: Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests of different nationalities, cultures, and age groups. Good English communication skills sufficient to provide activity instructions, safety briefings, and respond to guest requests and concerns.
7. Teamwork & Operational Flexibility: Proactive, energetic, and team-oriented, with the ability to plan and conduct daily activities, tournaments, classes, games, ice bath sessions, and special programs. Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and outdoor activities according to operational requirements.
