Job Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations in accordance with company standards and business objectives.
• Develop and control budgets, revenue, expenses, and overall hotel profitability.
• Lead, supervise, and develop department heads and employees to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Maintain service quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop business strategies to increase sales, occupancy rates, and overall hotel performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, property maintenance requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Prepare operational performance reports and present business improvement plans to senior management or hotel owners.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a relevant senior hotel management position.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, profit and loss (P&L), and revenue management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple departments and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Excellent planning, management, and business decision-making skills.
• Good command of English.
