KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complex IT Manager – Phuket

We are looking for an experienced team members to manage and support day-to-day IT operations across our hotel portfolio, Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas and My Beach Resort Phuket. Enjoy a competitive salary, employee benefits, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and IT support.
• Support key hotel systems including Opera Cloud, Infrasys, Carmen, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, PABX, IPTV and CCTV.
• Manage IT projects, vendors, budgets, and system upgrades.
• Work closely with hotel management and all departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and support the IT team across the properties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hotel IT experience, with IT Manager experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, IPTV, PABX and hotel systems.
• Experience with Opera, Infrasys, Carmen is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and English skills.
