Position : Bar Manager / Mixologist

Job Detail

- Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or high-end bar.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends.
Passion for creating innovative cocktails and signature drinks.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, garnishing, and presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to recommend beverages and provide memorable guest experiences.
- Good understanding of beverage costing, inventory control, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and strong teamwork skills.
