Our project is entering an active execution phase, with a strong focus on tendering and procurement of construction works, materials, equipment, and services. To support this stage, we are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager with strong knowledge of the Thai construction market (and international suppliers where applicable).
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, tendering, negotiating, and contracting a wide range of construction-related scopes, ensuring optimal commercial terms, quality, and timely project delivery. This role requires a hands-on procurement professional capable of managing multiple packages simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced development environment.
Position : Chief Accountant (Thai)
Prepare and submit for regulated reporting such as Value Added Tax (PP30, PP36), Withholding Tax (PND1, PND3, PND53), Social Security Fund.
Review the accuracy of accounting documents and file the document in order according to accounting standard and related regulator such as Received Voucher, Payment Voucher, and related documents.
Perform accounting record and accounting adjustment for monthly closing.
Prepare the Detail of Trial Balance to support the Financial Statement.
Prepare Corporate Income Tax and Financial Statement.
Coordinate with internal and external parties including auditors for accounting issues.
Support other assignments for Accounting and Finance Department
Whom we are looking for:
Thai nationality
Bachelor’s degree of accounting
Good command of English
3 years’ experience in Accounting Closing and General Ledger review with CPD License
Advanced user of MS Office, Excel, Word, Google (Doc, Sheet)
Proficient in Tax Law (Revenue Department) and Thai Accounting Standard (TFAC) especially in Development Industry (Real Estate) will be advantage.
