KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Welcome and assist guests at the airport lounge
✔️Provide information about lounge services and facilities
✔️Handle and assist with customer inquiries and complaints
✔️Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth service operations
✔️Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the service area
✔️Follow company service standards, policies, and procedures
✔️Perform other duties as assigned
