• Supervisor or Duty Manager experience is an advantage.
• Strong team management and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Able to handle guest complaints and resolve problems effectively.
• Good personality, interpersonal skills and passion for service.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Able to work shifts.
