- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานได้
- มีความรู้ด้านการบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (Food & Beverage Operations)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถเข้างาน 2 กะได้ รวมถึงวันหยุดและวันนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
