growth of the group requires a larger team to support the sales, distribution team and coordinate with Bangkok office
and Phuket.
Position : หัวหน้าทีม ช่างเชื่อม / ช่างประกอบ
1. คุณสมบัติ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานเชื่อม และงานประกอบโครงสร้าง / งานโลหะ
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการเชื่อม เช่น MIG/MAG, TIG, ARC/MMA ตามลักษณะงานของบริษัท
• สามารถอ่านและเข้าใจ แบบงาน (Drawing), Welding Symbol, Dimension และ Specification
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการประกอบชิ้นงาน การ Fit-up, Alignment และการตรวจสอบขนาด
• สามารถตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานเชื่อม และงานประกอบได้
• สามารถบริหารและควบคุมทีมงาน รวมถึงจัดสรรกำลังคนตามปริมาณงานได้
• สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและประสานงานกับ Production, Engineering, QC และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
• มีประสบการณ์ในระดับ หัวหน้าช่าง / Foreman / Supervisor จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีใบรับรอง หรือผ่านการอบรมด้านงานเชื่อม ความปลอดภัย หรือการควบคุมงาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
ควบคุม ดูแล และบริหารทีมช่างเชื่อม และช่างประกอบให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ตามแบบงาน มาตรฐานคุณภาพ แผนการผลิต และกำหนดส่งมอบ โดยควบคุมการใช้วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ กำลังคน และความปลอดภัยในการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
