-Manage and enhance the guest experience within the hotel
-Create activities and engaging atmospheres for guests
-Interact with, assist, and take care of guests throughout their stay
-Build community and engagement both online and offline
-Support the creation of the hotel’s social media content
-Coordinate with different departments to ensure excellent guest experiences
