Job Detail

-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Supervisor in a hotel.
-Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel service standards.
-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.
-Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
-Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (Opera PMS/Opera Cloud preferred).
-Good command of spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
-Well-groomed with a positive attitude and a strong service mindset.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
