Anona Beachfront Phuket Resort is the new center of relaxation and luxury on Patong beach, Thailand. The resort features a large shopping area with boutique shops and restaurants, as well as a souvenir shop for local artists to display their work free of charge.
Position : Night Manager / Assistant Night Manager
1. Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience, with supervisory or assistant managerial experience.
2. Good knowledge of hotel management systems, particularly Comanche PMS.
3. Ability to supervise, lead, and manage the night shift team effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and guest complaint-handling skills.
5. Knowledge of Night Audit procedures, daily reports, and daily closing operations.
6. Ability to coordinate with all hotel departments and handle emergency situations.
7. Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international guests.
8. Strong leadership, responsibility, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work night shifts.
