Responsibilities
● Source new residential properties for sale and rent.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
● Conduct property inspections and gather property information, photographs and
documentation.
● Prepare and maintain accurate property listings across company systems and marketing
platforms.
● Respond to rental enquiries and qualify prospective tenants.
● Arrange and conduct property viewings.
● Negotiate rental agreements and coordinate property handovers.
● Coordinate with property owners, contractors and service providers when required.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in any subject.
● Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Outstanding customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
● Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
● Comfortable working both in the office and in the field, including property inspections and client
meetings.
● Must have own car and a valid driver's license.
● Previous experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, sales, or customer
service is an advantage.
● Open to Thai nationals only (work permit sponsorship is not available for this position).
