Job Description:
• Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Visit customers to present and promote the company's products and packaging solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, product usage, quotations, and payment terms.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and sales terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations and customer orders to maximize sales.
• Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's sales growth.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales or a related field.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, handling documentation, using Microsoft Office, and analyzing data.
• Strong team player with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be comfortable and proficient in conducting professional.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop new customers.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• Experience in the hotel, restaurant, café (HORECA) or food packaging industry is an advantage.
