Job Detail
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 1–2 years of experience in architectural design, residential renovation, or construction supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of 3D rendering software is an advantage
- Basic understanding of construction methods, building materials, and renovation cost estimation
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work on-site as required
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered
