Position : SMM Specialist / Digital Marketer
- Create content plans including Reels, Shorts, Stories, posts, expert articles, and video concepts.
- Write engaging content in both English and Russian.
- Develop creative ideas for short-form videos with strong hooks and storytelling.
- Coordinate with videographers and video editors to ensure high-quality content production
- Collect project updates, property information, construction progress, and company news from internal teams.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on data.
- Continuously test new content formats and identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation.
