SID Thailand is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-minded individual to join our growing team as a Client Relations Specialist.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for international clients interested in purchasing and investing in property in Phuket. You will communicate with clients, understand their needs, qualify leads, and connect them with the appropriate Property Consultant.

Responsibilities:
• Contact and communicate with new clients via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Conduct initial consultations and understand client requirements
• Introduce SID Thailand and explain our services
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Coordinate qualified clients with the Sales Team
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey

✅ Requirements:
• Native Thai speaker
• Fluent English (C1 level or above)
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work effectively in a team environment

⭐ Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Airlines, Luxury Retail, International Customer Service, Medical Tourism, or Real Estate is a plus.
