Position : Guest Relations Officer / Concierge

Job Detail

- High school diploma minimum; diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a front desk, hotel, or customer-facing role
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowing a second or third language is a major plus
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong active listening and empathy
- Fast problem-solving and calm crisis-management skills
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and hotel software
