Job Detail

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และซ่อมบำรุงระบบและอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ภายในอาคาร ห้องพัก และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
• ดำเนินงาน Preventive Maintenance (PM) ตามแผนที่กำหนด เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาและลดการเสียหายของอุปกรณ์
• ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา เครื่องปรับอากาศ และระบบอาคารเบื้องต้น
• บันทึกและติดตามงานซ่อม รวมถึงรายงานปัญหาและความผิดปกติที่พบ
• ดูแลเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ช่างให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
• มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
