Job Detail

The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's overall marketing and communications strategy to strengthen brand positioning, increase awareness, drive revenue, and support the hotel's business objectives.

The position leads all marketing, public relations, digital, social media, content, promotional, and communications activities while ensuring consistency with the hotel's brand standards. The Director works closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Operations, and regional/corporate marketing teams to maximize the hotel's commercial performance and guest engagement.
