Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, guest relations, or operations management within an upscale or luxury hotel/resort environment.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

- Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Strong understanding of hospitality metrics, guest satisfaction systems, and audit processes.

Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence team members at all levels.

- Communication: Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and verbal), with a strong command of formal professional communication.

- Mindset: Highly organized, objective, proactive, and deeply committed to delivering hospitality excellence.
