Position : Reservation & Ticketing Officer – Phuket Office
Handle hotel reservations and flight ticket bookings
Check availability, rates, and booking details
Issue flight tickets and handle ticket changes or cancellations
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel agents
Support daily reservation and ticketing operations
Handle booking requests via email and other communication channels
Coordinate and work with the Contracting Manager and Branch Manager
