- Bookkeeping accounting related information into accounting software
- Reconciling general ledgers, bank statements and balance sheets
- Filing business taxes and ensuring compliance with local, provincial and federal regulations
- Prepare and file tax (Withholding tax, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, VAT)
- Organize and update financial records
- Prepare documentation for external auditors
- Preparing financial statements for management, shareholders
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Express etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of client accounts
- Computer skills, including word and excel, RDPrep and e-Filling with Revenue
