Job Summary

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and engaging environment for children visiting the Kids Club. The role includes organizing age-appropriate activities, supervising children, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and delivering excellent guest service while creating memorable experiences for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
Welcome children and their parents in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Register children according to hotel procedures and explain Kids Club policies.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Child Supervision
Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
Monitor children's activities and maintain a safe play environment.
Follow child protection and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Administer basic first aid when necessary and report any incidents immediately.

Activities & Entertainment
Organize and conduct daily recreational, educational, and creative activities.
Encourage children's participation in games, arts and crafts, sports, storytelling, and other programs.
Prepare activity materials and ensure activities are suitable for different age groups.

Additional Qualifications & Skills
Ability to design and organize recreational programs for children, adults, and families.
Creative thinking with strong event planning and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare activity budgets and perform cost calculations.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
