Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify property locations, land and the actual condition of buildings and structures.
- Take detailed photographs and videos of the property, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses.
- Research actual selling prices of comparable properties in the surrounding area.
- Verify whether the property is occupied and assess the level of difficulty in negotiating with the occupant(s).
- Prepare well-organized and comprehensive Survey Reports summarizing all property findings.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather information from neighbors, property management offices, or other local sources.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry (e.g., real estate agent) will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of the real estate business.
- Strong research skills and proficiency in using property valuation and market research tools.
- Valid driver's license and confident driving skills.
- Good command of English/Russian or English/Chinese, both spoken and written.
