We are searching for a Cost Manager to lead cost planning, budgeting, and cost control for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Develop and manage the overall project budget, from feasibility stage through design, construction, and handover
● Prepare cost plans, cost estimates, and cost reports at each project stage (concept, schematic, design development, tender)
● Lead quantity surveying activities, including measurement, bills of quantities (BOQ), and valuation of works
● Manage the tendering and procurement process for contractors, consultants, and suppliers, including bid analysis and negotiation
● Monitor project expenditure against budget, track variations, and provide regular cost forecasts to the Project Lead
● Review and certify contractor payment applications, valuations, and final accounts
● Identify cost risks and opportunities, and advise on value engineering to keep the project within budget
● Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure cost control is embedded throughout the project lifecycle
● Report directly to the overall Project Lead
