Position : Restaurant & Bar Director
- Good spoken English (Mandarin is a plus for international tourists).
- Solid understanding of Sake, Cocktails, Beers, and Wine pairing.
- Experienced in shop openings, day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, P&L, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, approachable personality, and willing to work shifts (Lunch & Dinner), weekends, and holidays.
