-A proven pre-opening record is an advantage.
-Hands-on and present, leading from the floor rather than the office, in a small house where every guest is known by name.
-Strong, calm leadership; builds and develops small teams, keeps a controlled temper under pressure, and works as a team player across departments.
-Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable building standards and systems from the ground up, not only running them.
-Discreet and composed with a discerning, high-profile clientele.
