YONA is looking for security professionals who already know the job: sharp instincts, a steady presence, and the judgment that only comes from real experience.

Yona Beach Club draws guests from every corner of the world to a floating structure on the Andaman Sea, cabanas, decks and open water, where your presence keeps the experience effortless and safe.

Please be aware that this is a temporary role until 30th April 2027. There is the possibility that this position may be made permanent however it depends on the business demand at the time.

What you'll do
• Control every entry point and patrol each of the 3 decks, spotting trouble before it starts and de-escalating calmly.
• Respond first to emergencies.
• Log every incident accurately and keep doors, gates, life vests and exits secured and shift-ready.
• Be the polished face of YONA security: warm with guests, discreet with problems.

What you'll bring
• Solid experience in security or protective services, ideally in hospitality or five-star settings.
• Good spoken English and the confidence to communicate easily with guests and colleagues.
• A proven ability to de-escalate a situation before it becomes one.
• Comfortable working with guests from every culture and background.
• A calm head and a polished, professional presence.
