Job Detail
- Manage day-to-day F&B departments while maintaining a safe, customer-centric environment.
- Assist in driving the F&B revenue, developing budgets, maintaining cost management, and controlling inventory and expenses..
- Drive the brand's service culture by engaging with customers, resolving guest complaints, and actively monitoring service quality.
- Supervise team members, handle scheduling, provide hands-on coaching and on the job training, and ensure high levels of employee engagement.
