Job Detail

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Learning & Development experience in an international hotel.
-At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience with hospitality brands and Workday Learning is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
