The night starts with you.

Plenty of people find BOA because someone caught their eye and made them curious enough to come closer. That's the job. You're the first face of BOA, holding the sign that turns people walking past into guests.

We're not after someone who just holds a board. We want someone with real presence who smiles at strangers easily, stands their ground through a long shift and always knows where to point a guest who's lost. Sound like you?

What you'll do
• Hold your sign and your spot where it counts, promoting BOA to everyone who passes you and drawing them in.
• Welcome people with warmth, answer the basics about the club and the night, and take them over to the service area or the team who can help.
• Look sharp and stay friendly and courteous from your first hour to your last, because for a lot of guests you're the first BOA they meet.
• Work to the positions and schedule set by the Security Department Supervisor, and coordinate with the door, security and floor teams whenever the night calls for it.

What you'll bring
• Thai nationality or the right to work in Thailand with the correct work permit.
• Ability to speak English.
• A pleasant personality and an easy way with people, so approaching strangers never feels awkward for you or for them.
• The stamina to stay on your feet for long stretches at a time wherever you're posted, plus the discipline to turn up on time for every shift, weekends and public holidays included.
• Experience in customer service, promotions or a similar people facing role is a real advantage.

What you'll get
• 12k salary plus service charge.
• Working hours are 7:30pm to 4:30am or 9:30pm to 6:30am, depending on your shift.
