Management Trainee – Sales

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee – Sales to join our commercial team. This role is designed for aspiring hospitality professionals who are eager to develop their career in hotel sales through hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to various aspects of sales operations.

The Management Trainee will work closely with the Sales, Revenue, E-commerce, and Reservation teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel sales strategies and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team in managing corporate, leisure, and travel trade accounts
• Support sales activities, including client communications, site inspections, and sales calls
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market research
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and client requests
• Assist in maintaining account databases and sales records
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Support the preparation of contracts, proposals, and promotional campaigns
• Participate in sales trips, networking events, and trade shows when required
• Learn and support revenue generation strategies across multiple distribution channels
• Perform other assignments and projects as part of the management development program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
