Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive revenue, and support the commercial objectives of Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club and Club SEEN.

This role leads marketing campaigns, public relations, digital marketing, social media, content creation, partnerships, and promotional activities to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. The position also works closely with the Commercial, Operations, and F&B teams to promote hotel experiences, dining concepts, beach club events, and lifestyle offerings that enhance guest engagement and business performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, PR, and brand communications.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong copywriting and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns, storytelling, and brand experiences.
- Experience in event marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnership marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Familiarity with marketing, content creation, design, analytics, and social media management tools is an advantage.
