Guest Service Agent – Day Shift

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in the hotel industry, particularly in Front Office or Guest Service operations.
2. Knowledge of and experience using Opera / Opera Cloud PMS.
3. Good English communication skills, with the ability to assist international guests and coordinate effectively with other departments.
4. Good understanding of hotel check-in and check-out procedures and guest service standards.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
6. Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
7. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work day shifts according to the assigned schedule.

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist hotel guests in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
3. Verify, enter, and maintain accurate and up-to-date guest information in Opera / Opera Cloud PMS.
4. Provide accurate information about room types, hotel facilities, and available services.
5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk area and prepare daily shift reports as assigned.
