-มีประสบการณ์ในครัวโรงแรมหรือร้านอาหารอย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
-มีความรู้ด้านการปรุงอาหารไทยและอาหารนานาชาติ
-มีความรู้เรื่องสุขอนามัยอาหาร (Food Safety/HACCP)
-สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
-มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
-เตรียมวัตถุดิบและปรุงอาหารตามสูตรมาตรฐานของโรงแรม
-รับผิดชอบสถานีงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และดูแลคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้มาตรฐาน
-ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและปริมาณวัตถุดิบก่อนใช้งาน
รักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่ครัว อุปกรณ์ และปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของอาหาร
จัดเก็บวัตถุดิบอย่างถูกต้องตามหลัก FIFO และควบคุมการสูญเสีย
-ประสานงานกับทีมครัวเพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
-ช่วยฝึกสอนและให้คำแนะนำ Commis II และ Commis III ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
