As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Business & Feasibility Analyst to help shape the next stage of that growth.

This is a role for someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers. You’ll enjoy researching and understanding a market, challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities and turning an idea into a clear, commercially sound investment case. You’ll play a key role in assessing new hospitality, real estate and mixed-use opportunities, while also helping us understand how existing assets can evolve and perform.

From a new hotel or resort to a mixed-use development or hospitality-led concept, you’ll take each opportunity from initial analysis through to a robust business case. You’ll bring together market and demand analysis, financial modelling, feasibility studies and commercial insight to give ownership a clear view of the opportunity, the potential returns and the risks involved.

Your work will help shape important investment decisions and support conversations with investors, lenders and joint-venture partners. You’ll be expected to bring clarity to complex information, ask the right questions and present your findings with confidence.

With several projects likely to be moving forward at different stages and across different sectors, no two days will look the same. You’ll move between opportunities, work with a broad range of stakeholders and have the opportunity to make a visible contribution to the continued growth of the portfolio.

What you'll do
• Lead end-to-end business analysis and feasibility studies for prospective investments and development projects, primarily across the hospitality and real estate development sectors.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models covering revenue projections, operating expenses, capital expenditure and cash flow, alongside investment returns, project valuations and sensitivity analysis for each opportunity under evaluation.
• Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports covering market demand, competitive positioning, site and concept viability, regulatory considerations and projected financial performance.
• Develop clear, investor-ready business plans that turn detailed analysis into a compelling and well-supported commercial case for each opportunity.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent investments and projects at different stages, prioritising and sequencing analysis to meet ownership and investor timelines.
• Work closely with the principal and ownership to prepare for investor, lender and joint-venture meetings, including presentation materials, briefing documents and anticipated questions.
• Attend investor and stakeholder meetings as the technical and analytical resource, confidently explaining assumptions, methodology and financial projections.
• Benchmark projects against comparable hospitality and development assets across the region, using relevant market data, brand standards and operating benchmarks.
• Continuously review and stress-test assumptions as projects develop, keeping financial models and reports accurate and up to date as new information becomes available.
• Work collaboratively with architects, operators, brand representatives, legal counsel and other third parties to gather the information required to build a complete feasibility picture.
• Maintain a consistent, professional approach to analysis and reporting across projects, regardless of sector or geography.
• Identify and highlight risks, red flags and weak assumptions early, providing clear insight before they become larger issues.

What you'll bring
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree would be an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in business analysis, investment analysis, feasibility studies or real estate/hospitality development, ideally with direct experience of hotel, resort or mixed-use hospitality projects.
• Strong experience building complex financial models and feasibility studies from the ground up, rather than simply working from existing templates.
• A track record of producing analysis and materials used directly in investor, lender or board-level discussions.
• Strong Excel-based financial modelling skills, together with familiarity with industry feasibility tools, STR/benchmarking data and presentation software such as PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, concise information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Existing knowledge of the Asia-Pacific and/or Middle East hospitality and real estate investment landscape.
• Previous experience working directly with, or advising, private investors, family offices or joint-venture partners.
