A guest service supervisor oversees front-line staff, coordinates daily front-of-house operations, and ensures high standards of guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Train, schedule, mentor, and supervise front desk or guest service agents.Guest Relations: Greet visitors, anticipate needs, and resolve complaints promptly with empathy and effective recovery action.Operations Support: Manage daily opening and closing procedures, oversee cash handling or billing, and maintain tidy lobby or service areas.Department Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to fulfill special requests and VIP arrivals.
