Coordinate with relevant departments regarding guest requests and operational matters.

Monitor resort facilities and report any unusual incidents.

Ensure Front Office operations comply with company standards and procedures.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service mindset.

Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or Night Audit is an advantage
