Position : Accounting Asset Officer /Supervisor
วุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์
- ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 0–2 ปี ด้านงานบัญชีสินทรัพย์ บัญชีสต็อก/สโตร์ หรือบัญชีทั่วไปในธุรกิจโรงแรม/บริการ (รับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
ความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะทาง
- มีความรู้มาตรฐานการบัญชี TAS 16 (ที่ดิน อาคาร และอุปกรณ์) และพื้นฐานมาตรฐาน USALI
- เข้าใจการจำแนกสินทรัพย์กลุ่ม FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) และ OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment)
- คำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคา บันทึกการโอนย้าย และการตัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์แตกหัก/สูญหาย (Breakage & Loss) ได้
- ใช้งานระบบบัญชี/สโตร์โรงแรม และ MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) ได้ดี
คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ คล่องตัว สามารถลงพื้นที่ตรวจนับสินทรัพย์ร่วมกับแผนกแม่บ้าน (Housekeeping), อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (F&B) และฝ่ายช่าง (Engineering) ได้
2. Accounting Asset Supervisor (ระดับหัวหน้างาน)
วุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์
- ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านบัญชีสินทรัพย์ถาวรในธุรกิจโรงแรม หรือผ่านงาน Audit โรงแรม พร้อมประสบการณ์ดูแลทีมอย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
ความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะทาง
- เชี่ยวชาญมาตรฐานการบัญชี USALI, TAS 16 และการประเมินการด้อยค่า TAS 36
- มีความรู้ด้านภาษีอากร การประเมินค่าสึกหรอ/ค่าเสื่อมราคาทางภาษี และการบริหารงบลงทุน CAPEX vs OPEX
- บริหารจัดการและควบคุมกองทุน FF&E Reserve Fund ร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหาร/Financial Controller
- วางโครงสร้างระบบควบคุมภายใน (Internal Control) นโยบายสินทรัพย์ และนำการตรวจนับสินทรัพย์ประจำปี (Annual Physical Audit)
คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ ทักษะการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองดี สามารถวิเคราะห์และสรุปรายงานสินทรัพย์เสนอผู้บริหารได้
