- GrabFood order accuracy and on-time preparation.
- Stock record accuracy and reduction of stock shortages.
- Food waste and packaging cost control.
- Completion of operational checklists and reports.
- Staff coordination and task completion.
- Reduction in recurring operational issues and customer complaints.
- Assignment from the management team if needed.
