Key Responsibilities:
1. Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
2. Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame
3. Work with other Business Unit to manage bidding process, reference check, issue standard TOR for all contractors, review proposals, compare, make recommendations, negotiate and propose preferred party.
4. Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs
5. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
6. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
7. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
8. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
9. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
10. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
11. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
12. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
13. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and legal standards
14. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
15. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
16. Oversee construction quality assurance and control efforts, including thorough inspections of materials and fieldwork, to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

> Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
2. Licensed as a Professional Engineer or equivalent (or in progress).
3. 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, etc.).
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
6. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
7. Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports.
8. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
9. Good command of spoken and written English
