Job Detail

F&B Manager – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Restaurant, Bar, and Banquet operations.
- Good skills in F&B cost control, inventory, and stock management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, and service standards.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
