Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and social media

Schedule and manage appointments

Welcome and assist patients at the clinic

Provide information about clinic services and pricing

Coordinate with doctors to ensure a smooth patient experience

Handle payments and basic administrative tasks

Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Support marketing activities and coordinate with external partners when needed

✅ Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English

Friendly, service-minded, and professional

Strong communication and organizational skills

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus
