* Comfortable dealing directly with international guests
* Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a small boutique hotel team
* Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred

Main Responsibilities:

* Guest check-in and check-out
* Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay
* Handling guest enquiries and requests
* Coordinating with housekeeping and other hotel staff
* Providing the high level of personal service expected from a 5-star boutique hotel
