Job Detail
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front office or guest service role (fresh graduates with strong service attitude are welcome).
Good communication skills in English (Chinese language is an advantage).
Pleasant personality, service-minded, confident yet polite. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Computer literate and familiar with hotel PMS systems
Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
